ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Will...  but you probably guessed that.​

What you probably don't know is that I have half a decade of military experience and that is where I found my passion for fitness.

In the army individuals come from every background imaginable with a multitude of different traits but during my time both in the UK and abroad on operations there was one definitive truth:

The fittest people always excelled.

The fittest individuals were always the most capable, the most reliable, willing to accept any challenge without a second thought. Quite honestly they were the happiest too.

This is exactly what I want to give to you. Being in good physical health gives you a level of self-confidence that makes you believe you can conquer any task, push beyond self induced boundaries and to truly enjoy life.

I left the army and became a personal trainer not just to help people get fitter, but to help people live a better life.

How I Can Help You

Exercise is often described as a process that is simple but not easy. Many of us will feel like we know what we need to do but almost all of us fail to meet our fitness goals. Working with me I will help you to set out precise and achievable goals and provide you with accountability to keep working towards them. Through 1-on-1 training session specifically designed as part of long-term programme I will deliver not just coaching but the support and motivation to keep you disciplined on your fitness journey.
