Passionate About Inspiring Others

Growing up I wasn't very invested in fitness and it wasn't until later in life where I started to discover I enjoyed pushing my body to its limits and improving day on day. I am a huge believer in the idea that exercise shouldn't jut be something we do to make a number on a scale lower but to give ourselves an opportunity of a better lifestyle, to be healthy enough to take new adventures and live our lives to the fullest.

I am currently fund raising for Macmillan Cancer Support, to do this I am taking part in the Race to the Stones ultra  which is a 100km trail across one of Britain's oldest roads the Ridgeway. If you would like to donate you can click the link for my Just giving page:
